About The Vitals Buddy

The Vitals Buddy is a digital notepad designed for assisting health care professionals to

document notes from patients in the healthcare environment.

It was designed to be implemented using spreadsheet technology, in particular

Microsoft Excel with a compatible Google Sheets version.

​​

The healthcare professional makes notes on a patient’s current functions reducing memory

recall and or lost of paper documentation.  For the novice professional, there are prompts to

assist with interpreting the collected data.

Family members as well as patients have found The Vitals Buddy helpful with

organizing their care and progress.

increasing confidence in data collection.
